BUTTERFLY PACKS

We have created a simple cot card using the purple butterfly symbol. It can be placed into a cot or incubator of a surviving baby who was part of a multiple birth. The cot card allows families to write the name of the baby they are remembering below the butterfly if they wish. It is to be used in conjunction with a poster which explains what the butterfly means.
The poster is available in many different languages and as a PDF version which can be emailed.
